6 WEEK SHRED
This 6 Week SHRED Program is all about KICKSTARTING your fitness routine into next gear. Wether you've taken a bit of a hiatus from fitness and are ready to get back to business or you're looking to shake up your current workout routine.
All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're SET. All workouts are approximately 30 minutes long
Monday & Wednesday: Strength Circuits
Tuesday & Thursday: Cardio (Interval Tabata OR Running/Jogging)
Friday: Yoga with Michelle (30 minute on demand yoga videos)
