4 WEEK NEW YEAR'S POT O' GOLD FIT PROGRAM
This 4 Week REBOOT Program is all about KICKSTARTING your fitness and nutrition routine into next gear. Whether you've taken a bit of a hiatus from fitness and are ready to get back to business or you're looking to shake up your current workout routine.
FITNESS:
All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're SET. All workouts are approximately 30 minutes long
Monday & Wednesday: Strength Circuits
Tuesday & Thursday: Cardio (Interval Tabata OR Running/Jogging)
Friday: Yoga or Pilates with Michelle (30 minute on demand videos)

NUTRITION:
You will receive my 4 Week REBOOT Meal Plan & Recipe Bundle to understand how to EFFICIENTLY fuel your body and your new workout routine!
ONE TIME PAYMENT OF $125
($100 for your training program and $25 towards your Pot Fee)
NOTE: Your 4 Week Program will begin Monday January 6th and ends Sunday February 2nd. You will have 1 more weeks access to the program then you will be automatically disabled from the app unless you purchase another Training Program through Fierce & Fit.
