With a practical, supportive approach, Michelle focuses on creating sustainable habits that make fitness and nutrition feel achievable, not overwhelming.
She is also the author of The Health and Wealth Sisters 360 Action Plan and has been invited to speak at various events, where she shares her expertise on building wellness into everyday life in a way that lasts.
